1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SerpGlow (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SerpGlow provides AI-powered brand visibility tracking, keyword ranking analysis, and content optimization tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and promptly update it if it changes.

4. Payment Terms

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell access to the Service without authorization
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data beyond normal API usage

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by SerpGlow. You retain ownership of any data you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SerpGlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
