14-Day Refund Period
We offer a 14-day refund period on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with SerpGlow within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at hisansui@gmail.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process your request within 5 business days.
Refund Processing
All refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, but typically takes 5–10 business days.
After the Refund Period
After the 14-day period, refunds are not available. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
